We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

A ballet inspired, low impact aerobic workout that incorporates movements from yoga, Pilates, ballet and strength training.

BOOTCAMP

An all around body enhancement workout! Cardio, weights, and stretching!

POUND

Pound consists of drumming, cardio and strength training. Throw in some yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind!
